NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA -
A CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on June 23, 2022 at eleven o'clock a.m. held in the lobby 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 73, Quail Hollow Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 42, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida and a portion of Tract B, Quail Hollow, being more particularly described as follows: Commence at the most Southwesterly corner of Lot 73, Qual Hollow, and run 13.11 feet along the arc of a curve concave to the Northeasterly, having a radius of 210.00 feet, a central angle of 03°34'35”, a chord of 13.11 feet and a chord bearing North 65°39'19” West to a point of tangency; thence run North 26°07'59” East for 100.00 feet to a point of curvature of a curve concave to the Northeasterly; thence run 6.87 feet along the arc of said curve having a radius of 110.00 feet, a central angle of 03°34'35”, a chord of 6.86 feet and a chord bearing of South 65°39'19” East to a point of tangency and the intersection with the most Northwesterly corner of said Lot 73; thence run South 22°33'24” West to along the Westerly Lot Line for 100.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Pursuant to the order or final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:

CRAIG S. TERRILLION; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRAIG S. TERRILLION, if married; NAPLES HMA, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with § 45.031, Florida Statutes.
