NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 05, 2019, and entered in 2019 CA 004061 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH J. COSTELLO A/K/A JOSEPH JOHN COSTELLO; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ANN D. COSTELLO A/K/A ANN DELORES COSTELLO A/K/A DELORES ANN COSTELLO, DECEASED; LVNV FUNDING, LLC are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on June 24, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, KENSINGTON PARK, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
