Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2022, in the above styled action, that I, KEVIN C. KARNES, Clerk of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, by electronic sale on August 17, 2022, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property situated in Lee County, Florida:
LOTS 25, 26, AND 27, IN BLOCK 2018, OF UNIT 31, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THERREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, AT PAGES 149 THROUGH 165, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
This Notice shall be published in The Business Observer, in accordance with Chapter 45.031, Florida Statutes, with the cost of such publication billed to Dentons Cohen & Grigsby P.C., 9110 Strada Place, Suite 6200, Naples, Florida 34108.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIENHOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, IF ANY, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A TIMELY CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
