HICKS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LONNIE L. HICKS; SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AT BELLA TERRA, INC.; BELLA TERRA OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; TRUIST BANK F/K/A BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY F/K/A SUNTRUST BANK are the Defendant(s). Kevin C. Karnes as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on June 29, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
