HICKS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LONNIE L. HICKS; SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AT BELLA TERRA, INC.; BELLA TERRA OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; TRUIST BANK F/K/A BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY F/K/A SUNTRUST BANK are the Defendant(s). Kevin C.
