NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 02, 2022, and entered in 21-CA-007056 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST 2015-2, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL B. CAMAMA; DANIEL G. FERRETTI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL B. CAMAMA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL G. FERRETTI; WATERCHASE MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 29, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
