Pursuant to Section 721.855, Florida Statutes, on June 27, 2022 at 11:00 a.m., Harry Klausner, Esq., 11595 Kelly Rd., Suite 215, Fort Myers, FL 33908, as Trustee pursuant to that Appointment of Trustee recorded on May 13, 2022, in Instrument Number 2022000165967, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, by reason of a now continuing default by Obligor(s), Richard V. Farr , if living, and if dead, the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under and against the above-named Obligor(s) whose address is 1407 Newbury Ln Maryville TN 37803 , in the payment or performance of the obligations secured by said Claim of Lien recorded in Instrument Number 2022000168884, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, including the breach or default, notice of which was set forth in a Notice of Default and Intent to Foreclose provided to the last known address of Obligor(s), by Certified/Registered Mail or by publication by the undersigned Trustee, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for lawful money of the United States of America, on the front steps of the Office of the Trustee, 11595 Kelly Rd., Suite 215, Fort Myers, FL 33908, all right, title and interest in the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as Time Share Interest(s): Condominium Parcel Number 192 Unit Week Number 35 OF PINK SHELL BEACH CLUB I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1429, AT PAGE 2219, ET SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY. Said sale will be made (without covenants, or warranty, express or implied, regarding the title, possession or encumbrances) to pay the unpaid assessments due in the amount of $5,285.64, with interest accruing at the rate of $2.64 per day, pursuant to the Declaration of Condominium, advances, if any, under the terms of said Claim of Lien, charges and expenses of the Trustee and of the trusts created by said Claim of Lien. Obligor(s) shall have the right to cure the default and any junior interestholder shall have the right to redeem its interest up to the date the Trustee issues the Certificate of Sale by paying the amounts due as outlined in the preceding paragraph.
