Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on June 7, 2022 and entered in case No. 22-CC-526 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and CHAD SCAMEN is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on JULY 8 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
UNIT 101, BUILDING 1, THE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 1411, Page 1262, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
