NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 522019CA004955XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Gladys Maria Otero a/k/a Gladys M. Otero a/k/a Gladys Otero a/k/a Maria Otero; Technet Training Centers & More, Inc. d/b/a Technet Training Centers More Inc; City of Largo, Florida; Pinellas County, Florida are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of July, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3 AND THE EAST 5.50 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK A, FRUIT HAVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
