NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 17, 2022, and entered in Case No. 52-2017-CA-006291 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, National Association, Successor Trustee to Bank of America, N.A., as successor to LaSalle Bank, N.A., as Trustee, for Merrill Lynch First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-3, is the Plaintiff and Heather Sapp a/k/a Heather L. Sapp, Jason Sapp, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the June 29, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
