NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 2nd day of June 2022, and entered in Case No. 20000940CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC. is the Plaintiff and CHERYL I. WHITE JOSEPH PAUL WHITE STATE OF FLORIDA; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KEN BURKE as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 19th day of July 2022, at 10:00 AM on PINELLAS County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
