The action was instituted in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court, Charlotte County, Florida, and is styled CODE 515, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, by its member ROLANDO SOLER, Manager vs. R. JOHN POLLOCK.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on James W. Mallonee, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 946 Tamiami Trail, #206, Port Charlotte, FL 33953-3108, on or before July 15, 2022 and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on James W. Mallonee or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. Published in the Business Observer.
