NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 30, 2022, in Case No. 2022 CC 1119, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on June 30, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit #K-47 of EL RANCHO VILLAGE, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 1579, Pages 5501-5554, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with Membership Certificate #Lot K47 of EL RANCHO VILLAGE, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, together with 1962 Travoy Motor Home VIN: 24624.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
