NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 6, 2022 entered by the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in Case No. 22-CC-3128 in which UNI Trustee Services, LLC is the Plaintiff and 7724 U.S. Open Loop Land Trust; By Inland Assets, LLC, Trustee is the Defendant.
The Clerk, ANGELINA COLONNESCO, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on July 6, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 20, LAKEWOOD RANCH COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGE, Subphase D, Unit 3A, a/k/a/ GLENEAGLES, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 32, Pages 177-180, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.
More commonly known as: 7724 U.S. Open Loop, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202-2568
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of the sale shall be published as provided herein.
