NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 3, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2021CA002335 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein MAJOR INVESTMENT GROUP LLC MIG SOLO 401K is Plaintiff, and PHEONIX INVESTMENTS, LLC, ALEXISS GREEN, LAWRENCE D. ELLIS, MICHAEL IRVIN HEFLIN, OREN DAVID DINKEL, AS TRUSTEE OF THE ODD FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST DATED 12/08/04 are Defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com with the sale to begin at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is practicable, on July 8, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
