Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of July, 2022 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
