NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Summary Judgment On Operative Complaint” entered in the above-styled action on May 20, 2022, in the Tenth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Polk County, Florida, the Clerk of Polk County will sell the real property situated in Polk County, Florida, described below to the highest bidder, for cash, to be held online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on August 18, 2022, at 10:00 a.m.:
Lot 9, Block H, Lake Parker Heights Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in plat book 8, page 2, of the public records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
