NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to a Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 18, 2022 in Civil Case No. 2019CA003520CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST I is the Plaintiff, and CHARLENE JONES is the Defendant.
The Clerk of the Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on July 18, 2022 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 563 & THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 564 OF PROPOSED PLAT OF PALM TERRACE GARDENS UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PROPOSED PLAT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 628, PAGE 756, TOGETHER WITH RIGHTS OF INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER STREETS DEDICATED BY DOCUMENTS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 618, PAGE 212, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
