NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 2, 2022 in Civil Case No. 2021CA002523CAAXES, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, SUCCESSOR INDENTURE TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE NOTEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-D is the Plaintiff, and IVAN VALENZUELA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IVAN VALENZUELA N/K/A ANGELA VALENZUELA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JILLIANN AGUDELO are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on July 19, 2022 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2-104, THE BELMONT AT RYALS CHASE CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMONELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 6561, PAGE 416, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
