NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Consent Final Summary Judgment entered in the above styled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida on December 12, 2018, I will sell at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, on June 30, 2022, beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the Lobby of the First Floor Atrium, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, the following described real property:
Lot 51, THE COVE, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 11-13, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
