NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 9, 2022, and entered in Case No. 11-2020-CA-003364-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-5, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-5, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF HELEN MCHUGH A/K/A HELEN L. MCHUGH A/K/A HELEN CHRISTINE MCHUGH, DECEASED; BRITANNIA II OF FOREST GLEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; FOREST GLEN GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; RENEE JOHNSON; SARAH ANNE GROSE-LOVSETH; CHARLIE LOVSETH; SUSAN ROBBINS, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 21st day of July, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 102, BUILDING 5, BRITANNIA II OF FOREST GLEN CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3211, PAGE 2499, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 3970 Loblolly Bay Drive, Naples, Florida 34114
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
