The property herein described is as follows:
Unit 35, Building K, FAIRWAY OAKS, a Condominium, formerly known as PAR 72, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 915, Page 837, and reinstated in O.R. Book 2164, Page 2016, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 5, pages 7, 7A and 7B, as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida (hereinafter referred to as “the property”); the current record owner of which is MICHAL CONRAD CHURCHILL II
With an address of 3757 Amherst Way, Unit 35, Bldg. K, Sarasota, FL 34232.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint to foreclose a claim of lien has been filed and commenced in this court by the Plaintiff, FAIRWAY OAKS CONDOMINIUM, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Edward J. Willner, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
