NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 8, 2022, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE TIKI SERIES IV TRUST, is the Plaintiff, and IVAN PUSHKASH, LYUBOV PUSHKASH, and CITY OF NORTH PORT are the Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on August 8, 2022 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

including the buildings, appurtenances, and fixtures located thereon.
