NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 8, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2021 CA 002173 NC of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein STRATHMORE RIVERSIDE VILLAS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JAMES S. GUMPERT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES S. GUMPERT; RICHARD GUMPERT; MICHELLE GUMPERT; JARED GUMPERT; CAROLINE GUMPERT; ALLISON KEENAN; ALLISON KEENAN; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A PATRICIA ANDERSON and UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A PAUL DOE are Defendants, Karen E. Unit V-93, Strathmore Riverside Villas Section 1, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 836, Pages 207, and amendments thereto, including Official Records Book 2857, Pages 873 which supersedes the Original declaration and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 3, Pages 50, 50A, 50B & 50C and amendments thereto, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
