COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 39, GULF HARBOR SUBDIVISION, PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 31, OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF THE COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA CLERK OF COURTS; THENCE ALONG THE SOUTHERLY EXTENSION OF SAID LOT 39, SOUTH 89°35'03” WEST A DISTANCE OF 4.47 FEET; THENCE ALONG THE EXISTING SEAWALL, NORTH 04°03'12” EAST A DISTANCE OF 63.58 FEET TO THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 39; THENCE ALONG SAID WESTERLY LINE, SOUTH 00°01”24” WEST A DISTANCE OF 63.39 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING CONTAINING 142 SQUARE FEET MORE OR LESS.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Title has been instituted against you.
YOU ARE REQUIRED to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on Robson D.C. Powers, Esq., whose address is 1714 Cape Coral Parkway East, Cape Coral, Florida 33904 on or before July 12, 2022 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
