NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 9, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2018 CA 005912 NC of the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-36T2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-36T2 is Plaintiff and JEAN HOFFERBERTH A/K/A JEAN A. HOFFERBERTH TRUSTOR AND/OR TRUSTEE OF THE HOFFERBERTH FAMILY TRUST DATED TIIE 29 DAY OF MARCH, 2007; JEAN HOFFERBERTH A/K/A JEAN A. HOFFERBERTH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEAN HOFFERBERTH A/K/A JEAN A. RUSHING, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, 9:00 a.m., on October 4, 2022 , the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 592, ISLES OF SARASOTA, UNIT 2A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 48, 48A THROUGH 48H, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED. THE COURT, IN ITS DESCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least 5 days prior to the sale.
