Lot 16, Prairie Lake Reserve Replat #2, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 79, Page(s) 86, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida a/k/a 2036 Switch Grass Circle, Ocoee, FL 34761

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
