SMITH; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF EMILY Y. SMITH A/K/A EMILY V. SMITH, DECEASED; LAURA H. DOUGHTY; CYNTHIA G. LESS THE SOUTH 45 FEET FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR GIBSONTON DRIVE. ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
