Notice is given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 26, 2020 and an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Sale dated June 8, 2022 entered in Case No. 19-CA- 004925 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which THE ESTATE OF JOHN J. RUSSO, DECEASED, is the Plaintiff, and JOHN L. RUSSO and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on July 8, 2022 the following-described property set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 59 AND 60, BLOCK 4525, UNIT 64, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 86, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH ALL THE TENEMENTS, HEREDITAMENTS AND APPURTENANCES THERETO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING.
