NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 9th day of June 2022, and entered in Case No. 22-CA-000723, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JASON G. HOWELL A/K/A JASON HOWELL HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT VELOCITY INVESTMENTS, INC. UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JASON G. HOWELL A/K/A JASON HOWELL; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Kevin C. WEST 1/2 OF LOT 24, BLOCK 26, UNIT 7, SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 254, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
