NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of June, 2022, and entered in Case No. 21-CA-005643, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and IDALBERTO GONZALEZ; DORIS GONZALEZ; CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA; and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. LINDA DOGGETT as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder electronically for cash at lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM on the 20th day of July 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33 AND 34, BLOCK 3927, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 54, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 79 THROUGH 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
