NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 04, 2022, and entered in 2021-CA-010161-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ANN RALLS FREEMAN MURRAH A/K/A ANN F. MURRAH, DECEASED; COUNTRY CLUB TOWNHOUSES WEST, INC.; TRUIST BANK F/K/A BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY F/K/A SUNTRUST BANK; DISCOVER BANK; FRANCES M. LOVETT; ROBERT L. MURRAH, JR. are the Defendant(s).
