NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 9, 2022 and entered in Case No. 21-004888-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida where City of Clearwater, a municipal corporation, is the Plaintiff and The unknown successor Trustees and Beneficiaries of the Anthony R.A. Chamusco and Angie A. Chamusco Revocable Trust Agreement dated April 27, 1994, Karen Chamusco, Glen Chamusco is/are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on July 13, 2022 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 18, Block 8, Sixth Addition to Highland Pines Subdivision. a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 48, Page 70, of the Public Records of Pinellas County. Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
