Lot 19, Block 2941, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 59, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 73A through 73F, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
The action was instituted in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court, Charlotte County, Florida, and is styled CODE 515, LLC, a Limited Liability Company with ROLANDO SOLER as its Member vs. FLOCAR INVESTMENT GROUP CORP, A DISSOLVED FLORIDA CORP, a Corporation and JING CARBONEL.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on James W. Mallonee, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 946 Tamiami Trail, #206, Port Charlotte, FL 33953-3108, on or before July 25, 2022, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on James W. Mallonee or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. Published in the Business Observer
