NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2022, and entered in Case No. 08 CA 006857 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS, INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, MANA SERIES 2007-A1, is Plaintiff and ELI A. MUNOZ; MARCIAL E. SOLORZANO; AND UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 16th day of August, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
