NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 15, 2022, entered in Civil Case No.: 2019CA002979CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC., Plaintiff, and TREVOR JOHNSON; CASSANDRA JOHNSON A/K/A CASSANDRA R. JOHNSON; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A HEATHER TIMPANELLI, are Defendants.
NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 13th day of October, 2022, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, THE MEADOWS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 109 THROUGH 112, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
