NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 2, 2022, and entered in 2019CA002929 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A MR. COOPER is the Plaintiff and ANGEL ROSAS; NATASHA LYNN ROSAS A/K/A NATASHA ROSAS A/K/A NATASHA L. ROSAS; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AT SUNCOAST LAKES, INC.; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANTS/ OWNERS 1 N/K/A ANGEL ROSAS JR. are the Defendant(s). Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco. realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on July 11, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
