ADDRESS: 4210 Prince Place.
LEGAL:
Unit H, Building 1805, GARDENS OF BEACON SQUARE CONDOMINIUM, according to that certain Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Record Book 48, Page 663, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. Commonly referred to as: 4210 Prince Place, New Port Richey, Florida 34652.
A Foreclosure Complaint has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, GEORGE D. ROOT, III, Esquire, 109 S. Edison Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33606 on or before July 11, 2022 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service upon the attorney, or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition:
