NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to a Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 15, 2022 in Civil Case No. 2019 CA 003807 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-W8 is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MATTIE ROBINSON, DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A PATRICIA ROBINSON; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A LATRINA CARROLL A/K/A TRINA CARROLL; ANGELA CARROLL; NANCY GRAHAM; BEN ROBINSON; WALTER CARROLL; SHERANLOUNDA NIX A/K/A SHALONDA NIX are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on July 25, 2022 at 09:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 129, NEWTOWN ESTATES, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 17 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
