NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2020 CA 005579 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Truist Bank, successor by merger to SunTrust Bank, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Alberta Appell Benevento a/k/a Alberta M. Benevento a/k/a Alberta M. Smith a/k/a Alberta Appell a/k/a Alberta Benenevento, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant(s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on July 25, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
