NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2020 CA 002011 NC of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CRYSTAL SANDS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and MORGAN FLORIDA PROPERTIES, LLC and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY are Defendants, Karen E. Book 828, at pgs. 134-174 inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and as per Condominium Plat recorded in Condominium Book 3, at page 43 and 43A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
