NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2022 and Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated June 16, 2022, and entered in Case No. 20-CA-1751 Div. K of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST F, is the Plaintiff and KIANI N. BOWMAN A/K/A KIANI BOWMAN; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; and MAGNOLIA PARK AT RIVERVIEW HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendant(s), Cindy Stuart, HillsboroughCountyClerkofCourts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on July 22, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. on the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 19, MAGNOLIA PARK CENTRAL, PHASE “B”, ACCORDING TO A PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 115, PAGE(S) 218 THROUGH 221, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
