NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 31, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-000563 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Successor co-Trustee of the 5564 Beck Street Land Trust; The Unknown Successor co-Trustee of the 5564B Land Trust; Black Point Assets Inc., as Trustee of the 5564 Beck Street Land Trust; Star Pointe Capital, LLC, as Trustee of the 5564B Land Trust; The Unknown Beneficiaries of the 5564 Beck Street Land Trust; The Unknown Beneficiaries of the 5564B Land Trust; Altabeyris Rodriguez; Florida Housing Finance Corporation; Suncoast Credit Union f/k/a Suncoast School Federal Credit Union; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 20th day of July, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
