SUMMARY, PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed changes to the Rule will update information in the Rule regarding what constitutes a quorum of the Board; establish the definition of Board members being “present” at meetings; and include information on the attendance of Board members.

SUMMARY, PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed changes to the Rule will update the College's policy on nepotism.

3. RULE TITLE: EMPLOYMENT OF CAREER SERVICE EMPLOYEES - STANDARDS OF CONDUCT, DISCIPLINE AND CORRECTIVE ACTION 6Hx23-2.19
SUMMARY, PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed changes to the Rule will change the title of the Rule to Employment of Employees - Standards of Conduct, Discipline and Corrective Action and update the Rule making it applicable to all College employees.

SUMMARY, PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed changes to the Rule will repeal the Rule which is no longer applicable.
