NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2022, and entered in Case No. 22-001597-CO of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Mobel Americana RO Association, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and Becky Lou Gilmore a/k/a Becky L. Gilmore, Kenneth Stephen Coles, Todd M. Blatnik, Joseph W. Blatnik, Kenneth Russell Coles, Jason Coles and any and all Unknown Persons in Possession are the Defendants, the Clerk of said Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on July 21, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit/Lot No. 632 of MOBEL AMERICANA RO ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 8617, Page 66, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and legally described in Exhibit “A” to the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement, which is incorporated herein by reference.

TOGETHER WITH any equity owned in said unit or any assets of MOBEL AMERICANA RO ASSOCIATION, INC., including Membership Certificate Number 632, representing one (1) share in MOBEL AMERICANA RO ASSOCIATION, INC., and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom, together with all rights and privileges appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
