NOTICE OF INCREASE
FOR FIRE AND PARK IMPACT FEES
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Ordinance 2020-06, Fire and Rescue System Impact Fees and Resolution
2020-93, Park System Impact Fees, an
increase in fees shall take effect
October 01, 2022.
The park system and fire & rescue impact fees are increasing due to an annual
construction cost index adjustment.
The fee schedules are available on the City's website at www.palmcoastgov.com
and are available in the City Clerk's office.
