NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 26, 2022, and entered in 2022-SC-001984 of the County Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein MAC-BRH INC. is the Plaintiff and HOA PROBLEM SOLUTIONS 4, INC. is the Defendant. Nikki Alvarez-Sowles as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00AM, on July 25, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 37, Block 9 of Grand Oaks Phase 2, Unit 3 & 5, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 23, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
