NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-003822 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V-D, is Plaintiff and HTN TRUST INC, AS TRUSTEE ONLY UNDER THE 19-7-18 LAND TRUST; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on August 22, 2022 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
