Unit Week 38 in Condominium Parcel 6 of Gulf Pointe, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 959 at Page 1957, in the Public records of Collier County, Florida, and all Amendments thereto.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on the Plaintiff's attorney, Todd B.
