NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment in Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 16, 2021, and entered in Case No. 11-2020-CA-002573-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-QA3 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and DEREK RUNION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE HERITAGE BAY LAND TRUST UNIT 715; TERRACE I AT HERITAGE BAY ASSOCIATION, INC.; HERITAGE BAY GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, INC.; DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSEE FRO BOSCO CREDIT VI TRUST SERIES 2012-1, are defendants. Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court for COLLIER, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Lobby on the Third FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m., on the 21ST day of JULY, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 715, BLDG 7, TERRACE I AT HERITAGE BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4110, PAGE 1231, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
