IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on July 14, 2022 at eleven o'clock a.m. held in the lobby of the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Apartment No. 425-A of Naples Bath & Tennis Club, Unit F, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 800, at Page 1648, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
